Already have a builder you love? Bring them. We work with any licensed contractor in Alberta. Our lots are fully serviced and builder-friendly, with clear architectural guidelines so everyone builds to the same standard.

If You Can Build It, Build It.
Country Residential zoning allows owner-builder construction. Get your owner-builder authorization through Alberta's New Home Buyer Protection program, and go. We've had trades people buy lots specifically for this.
